Repair Policy

For all repair requests, please use our contact page. We will need a bit of information to help this process go as smoothly as possible. Our customer service department is open from 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday EST. Please note that over weekends and holidays we are closed and will return your message on the next business day.

Upon receipt of the above information, we will assess the repair and get back to you with how we will proceed.  For purchases of 6 months and beyond, additional fees based on labor and cost of material may apply.  All repairs are subject to additional shipping charges.  


Returns & Exchanges


Return + Refund Policies

All returns can be made within 5 days of receiving your products. We ask that any items be returned unworn and in its original packaging. Once your return is received and assessed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to method of payment used. This process can take up to 5 business days. 

Custom orders and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

SJH is not responsible shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning your item we recommend using FedEx within the USA or Canada Post with insurance within Canada.

SJH Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
